Malo o yin i yang yogi


Za vrijeme yin faze izvođenja asana (duže zadržavanje u asanama ), postiže se na duhovnoj i na duševnoj razini dublji meditativni učinak, a na fizičkoj se razini postiže dublje ulaženje u samu asanu i rad na vezivnim tkivima.
U yang fazi (dinamičnije izvođenje asana) radi se na jačanju duha, samopoštovanja, samorealizaciji i samopercepciji, dok se na fizičkoj razini radi na jačanju mišićne mase.

Osim te dvije podvrste joge, možemo jogu vježbati na način da se fokusiramo na problematična područja, primjerice: joga za rameni pojas, za otvaranje kukova, za otpuštanje starih obrazaca, za rad po čakrama.

Upravo rad po čakrama je ono  na što se fokusiram vježbajući. Zato sam razvila cijeli sistem “otkrivanja” kroz igru i preporuka za vježbanje ali i preporuka van joga prostirke.

Ne zaboravite se na početku i na kraju sata opustiti. Pomoći  vam pri tomu mogu zvuci – m zvučnih zdjela i gongova i/ili pjevanjem mantri.

Once we know that our body is one with our mind and spirit, when we feel our thoughts and when body posture is changing according our emotions.

I would tell you that our own body is our friend and our enemy in the same time. It’s the way we use to look at it,  with black-painted thoughts.

Beginners yoga sequence

This drawing is for anyone who wants to do some yoga in logical  sequence.

Try it if you’re courios but each of those asanas has it’s roules about the body alignment, breathing, focusing and stability, and so on.

If you want to do it every day then please find the teacher to explain and correct your asanas. If doing it in a wrong way for a long period – it could harm you.

But, for fun and to feel some yoga – it is a fine sequence. Enjoy it.

V yoga studiju Sadhana v Kranju in v Ljubljani od danes so na voljo pokrivala za oči polnjena s sivko. Osvežitev in sproščanje v savasani izpopolnil bo izdelek made in hvar.
Zapreti oči v sproščajoči savasani je eden tistih trenutkov, ki si ga z vadbo yoge zaslužimo, včasih komaj čakamo da se učinki sadhane postopoma porazdelijo po telesu in da začutimo blagodejno delovanje yoge na um, telo in duh. Zapreti oči in sprostiti se v studiju ali v naravi, seveda ni enako. Čutila so odprta, a poleg zvoka jim lahko ponudimo le še vonj. Prijeten, sproščujoči in zdravilen vonj sivke, ki smo jo lani avgusta nabirali na otoku Hvaru.

Otok Hvar je znan po največjem številu sončnih ur na Mediteranu, po zelo čistemu zraku in zemlji. Ker ima malo padavin, te ne odnesejo s seboj aromo in moč in ta ostane v biljkah katerim rečemo tudi eterične.
Pomorščaki pravijo da je Hvar najbolj dišeč otok, da ga zaduhajo od daleč, saj na njemu raste več aromatičnega – tako divljega kot uzgojenega bilja, kot na drugih srednjedalmatinskih otokih.
Lahko bi pokrivala za oči napolnili z drugim biljem, z ruzmarinom, žajbljem ali pa z mešanico različnih aromatičnih trav. Zaenkrat sem se odločila le za sivko, ker sem se na lastne oči prepričala da je rastla v pogojih, ki so za to rastlino idealni in da bo njen vonj trajal najmanj dve leti.
Uporaba je preprosta – če želite bolj intenziven vonj, zadostuje pretresti in z rokami nekoliko pogneti vrečko da se sivka razdiši. Ne pretiravajte. Prava mera je zaželjena saj nas od premočnega vonja sivke lahko zaboli glava. To je tudi razlog zakaj ni elastike, ki bi preprečevala zdrs pokrivala z oči v primeru da uporabnik zaspi. Naj kar zdrsne in ostane blizu vas in ne nujno na očeh. Sivka je tudi naravno zdravilo proti nespečnosti.
Za utrujene in otekle oči pa lahko svoj pokrov za oči za eno uro v plastični vrečki odložite v zmrzovalnik ter jo potem mrzlo date čez oči. Mrzla lavanda deluje tudi proti glavobolu in manjšim praskam oziroma oteklinam.

Hvar poleg mondenega in uglajenega ima divlji in nedotaknjeni del narave kjer je večji del leta tiho in mirno. Naj bo ta mir in vonj zelišča, ki je zrastlo v malo čiste zemlje, kljubovalo mrzli burji in orkansekemu južnemu vetru na slanom morskom zraku, pika na i vaše sadhane. Sprostitev je najbolj zaželjen učinek sivke.
Pokrivala za oči so sešita iz svile oziroma bombaža, napolnjena so z cvetom certificirane hvarske sivke ubrane poleti 2013.

O studiju Sadhana, učiteljih joge, tečaju za učitelja in sorodnim temam, vezanim na joga lifestyle bom kmalu napisala kaj več. Dodala bi le da sem imela srečo da sem v pravem trenutku srečala izjemne učitelje joge. Najprej so me jogo učile Snježana Nina Vukas  in Ana. Pavlaković iz zagrebške Sanghe potem pa Sneža Vidovič iz ljubljanske Sadhane. Kot rečeno, o tem bom pisala drugič, sedaj grem jogo delat. Namaste.

                                                      I AM WRITING about YOGA every month in

                                          Magazine “100% natural” or “100% prirodno”

It takes time to find the way to put interests together, once I find the way I didn’t hesitate for a moment. Now, I teach yoga and write about it in a magazine “100% prirodno”, every month.

To write a column in the magazine takes time to study, to learn new things and facts, to write and of course to practice more than before. I find it exciting while it’s new and very interesting project.

Every column is illustrated and my new goal is to draw that good to illustrate my own texts.

The asana illustrations will be fresh products in my madeinhvar shop, while I will add them the calendar which starts at any day you mark as a start of the month.

Drawings

I started drawing yoga postures to illustrate my own texts about yoga. There is a lot to say about every and each posture and sometimes I draw just one asana and explanation of how to keep the posture, what to focus on, how to breathe and what are the benefits or when to avoid doing some types of asanas.

When I draw the sequence, then the explanations are short.

Each drawing is original, unique wall – poster and you can use it – always.

Also, you have to do an effort and focus when you decide to start using this calendar while it is possible to start using it whenever you want. Just like yoga. Whenever you start doing it – it is the right time.

All the pages are numerated because I keep drawing while learning and teaching yoga. You can choose between having one asana with description – what you should know about it and on what to focus while rezisting the gravity and ego or sequence of asanas.

Some drawings are just a croquis while the others are studies.

Some pages of the calendar look more like “description of what are we talking about during yoga class”.
